This bug is for version 1.6 NA.

When spending minerals, it seems we can spend more than we have. Often I will have 0 veldite and still be able to spend a little bit more veldite.

I suspect it has to do with the "efficiency" of refining not implementing properly.

I think it's because your alliance settings of a leaving player lets you use his minerals.

I might've fixed this. Tell me if it still occurs in the next version.
