Emergency weapons charger

Science console, another ability that kinda acts like the purge core plazma ability with a CD
50 blue 25 green
Charges the weapons capacitor 1000 every 3 s for 15 seconds
CD 30 seconds

thats 15k energy right there, for pretty cheap IMO...
might have to look into pricing

1000 energy every 3 seconds, 15 seconds thats only 5K energy total

heh heh, so this is is meant to sort of help you when you reach a cap. of 0 and as weps are pretty power draining now this will sort of get you back into fighting....for a cost, i kinda wanted to add some more abilities to the science console, and this was a good idea (i think) to start with

dont let this upgrade ruin the fact that early game rushes have been nerfed due to energy management issues, but i do like the idea, however the upgrade needs to include Reds and greens not blues. Weapons = reds remember? :p

Im not sure about having it as an upgrade on a timer however, it should work like the purge with a large cooldown and a hefty cost if implemented at all, i personally enjoy the challenge the new weapon cap consumption offers, this would just make energy more simple with the cost of minerals which is exactly what the purge does... good idea but i think it needs some thinking and im too tired to do it right now xD

still blue's were supposed to be for shields Surprised green for energy, since its weapon related id assume reds would be appropriate
