Patch 1.3 published

The new Cruiser Command patch 1.3 is now published. I'd like to start posting patch notes here when I publish the new patches to create threads for patch discussion, if you feel like this is a bad idea, tell me about it.

Here's the patch notes:

v1.3:
- Fixed a problem where the BC hull upgrade wouldn’t add any hull after level 5.
- Fixed a problem where the BC hull upgrade didn’t take longer the more you upgrade it.
- Increased the hull increase of the BC hull upgrade from 300 to 500.
- Modified the missile loading regions to prevent missiles from getting stuck.
- Fixed a problem that caused players to lose control of their marines (there are probably several things that can cause this. Contact me if it happens again)
- AI players should no longer show up in the start screen.
- Added automatic AI restart to prevent AI from stopping to work completely.
- Updated the Fusion Core upgrade tooltip to reflect the earlier balance change.
- Kinetic weapon projectile speed reduced by 60%.
- Kinetic weapon energy cost increased from 200 to 400.
- Kinetic homing branch tier 2 no longer reduces the cooldown from 1s to 0.5s.
- Kinetic homing branch tier 3 now increases damage by 100% instead of 50%.
- Kinetic homing branch tier 3 now increases speed by 50%.
- Kinetic single branch tier 2 now increases the hull damage by 100% instead of 200%
- Kinetic single branch tier 3 now decreases the projectile speed by 50%.
- Kinetic single branch tier 2 no longer increases shield damage.
- Added an ability to the weapons console to unlock the camera.
- The laser upgrade now increases the shield damage properly.

a few bugs here and there. such as the bug where some of the stations randomly bug and you cannot access them whatso ever. and personally i prefer the old setup in beta. kinda too flashy now. but still great growing game.

i think its fine, some game-play stuff though is that the refining distance seems to be longer in the newer version and i dont realy like construction on the bottom floor, and maby get rid of the center on the top floor, put in floors in the middle and shorten the sides
